Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article XIX of the Amended Agreement on Government Procurement, modifications to page 1/3 of Annex 1 to Appendix I concerning Singapore were notified to the Committee on Government Procurement in document GPA/MOD/SGP/9 on 9 September 2020. As no objections to the proposed modifications were received within forty-five days from the date of issue of the above-mentioned document, it is hereby certified that these modifications became effective as of 24 October 2020.
