As an Apprentice, I understand that I am required to provide my own models/clients for eyebrow, eyeliner, lip liner and/or lip color procedures. I agree that I shall provide my own equipment, disposable instruments, topical anesthetics and pigment colors for each of the procedures I perform as an Apprentice.
