By signing this agreement the vehicle owner agrees to allow the person and/or company stated below to redeem the above referenced vehicle. The vehicle owner agrees to and acknowledges the following terms herein by signing this agreement. NCR Towing and Recovery, LLC is not responsible for vehicle condition, or vehicle contents while at our storage facility. The vehicle owner agrees to hold harmless NCR Towing and Recovery, LLC from any and all legal action pertaining to the vehicle stated herein or the contents thereof. Vehicle owners are responsible for All Impound Fees, Storage Fees, Administration Fees, and any other fees that may apply, signing this agreement does not in any way release the vehicle owner from that responsibility. It is the full responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure their vehicle has been redeemed by the authorized party, NCR Towing and Recovery is not responsible for notifying a vehicle owner that an authorized party has not redeemed a vehicle.
