This agreement is entered into by the parties in order to provide for orderly collective bargaining relations between the Company and the Union. It is the desire of both parties to co-operate in maintaining a harmonious relationship between the Company and its employees and to settle amicably differences or grievances. Also to eliminate interruption of work and interference with the efficient operation of the Company's business and to maintain fair wages, hours and working conditions for employees within the bargaining unit.
