COLLECTIVE AGREEMENTCollective Agreement • May 23rd, 2007
This Agreement shall be in effect from September and shall continue in force up to and including August and shall continue automatically thereafter for annual periods of one year unless either Party notifies the other, in writing, within ninety (90) calendar days prior to the expiration date that it desires to negotiate with a view to renewal, with or without modifications of this Agreement, in accordance with the Ontario Labour Relations Act.
