Residents (parents and/or guardians) are urged to carefully read this contract in its entirety. When this contract is completed and submitted to the Office of Residence Life it becomes a binding contract between the resident (his or her parent or guardian if the resident is under 18 years of age) and the University. Completion of this contract guarantees space, but does not guarantee assignment to a particular location, room or roommate. This contract is binding regardless of the particular roommate or room assignment.
