The Conroe Independent School District Novice Teacher Academy (NTA) is designed for novice teachers in their first full year of teaching. Conroe ISD is committed to developing your knowledge and skills as a teacher. The professional development path on which you will embark as a first year participant is composed of courses that have been selected to help you grow as a teacher and reinforce the district initiatives. Each component will require specific documentation and should be completed by the listed due dates. Below you will find a list of the steps that will need to be completed.
