Article II, Section 1(a) of the Helena Youth Soccer Association (HYSA) by-laws states, in part, that our purpose is to: Establish, administer and promote an education program devoted to the development and training of soccer players as a means of helpful recreation and physical fitness; to stimulate interest in soccer competition in schools, colleges and otherwise; to give encouragement, coaching and instruction to competitive and recreation soccer players; to cooperate with the Olympic Committee, United States Youth Soccer Association, Montana Youth Soccer Association, and/or other recognized associations for the promotion of soccer.
