This agreement (referred to as the 2010 Local Memorandum of Understanding) is entered into by and between the United States Postal Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer") and the American Postal Workers Union, San Antonio Alamo Area Local 195, AFL-CIO (hereinafter referred to as the "Union"). The agreement is effective as of November 21, 2010, unless otherwise provided.
