THIS OPTION AND SOLAR LEASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this 16th day of November, 2021 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Town of New Paltz, a municipality of the State of New York (“Town”) and SL New Paltz Solar I, LLC (“Lessee”). Town and Lessee are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
