Please read this Independent Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully because accepting the terms of this Agreement or operating on the Cherry platform creates a legally binding contract between you, an independent contractor (“you” or variations thereof), and Cherry App Inc. (“Cherry”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you may provide professional cosmetology or other beauty services to Customers (defined below) via the Cherry application and website for Customers (collectively, the “Cherry Customer App”) and the related technician application (“Technician App”) (collectively, the “Cherry Platform”).
