This Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement (“Agreement”) for the Homeownership Protection Program is dated as of , 2012 (“Effective Date”), and is among the County of San Bernardino (“County”), the City of Ontario (“Ontario”), the City of Hesperia (“Hesperia”), and the City of Fontana (“Fontana”) (collectively, the “Charter Members of the Authority” or “Charter Members”). Individual parties to this Agreement also may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as “the Parties.”
