THIS SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT (the “Settlement Agreement”) is made and entered into on September 28, 2023, by and between defendants Pfizer Inc., King Pharmaceuticals LLC, and Meridian Medical Technologies LLC (collectively, “Pfizer”),1 and the direct purchaser class plaintiffs, KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. a/k/a Kinney Drugs Inc.
