WHEREAS the Employers' Association acting on behalf of the Employers' (the "Employers") whose names appear on Schedule "A" attached hereto, who have signified their intention in writing to the Association that they wish to enter into a common Collective Agreement with respect to their employees ("employees"), who are engaged in work normally performed by Apartment Superintendents, Maintenance Employees, General Handymen, Janitors and/or Cleaning Staff, and to provide for and ensure uniform interpretation and application in the administration of this Collective Agreement;
