This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between you and Limited Liability Company Non-Banking Credit Institution "PayPal RU", a credit institution established under Russian law, located at Butyrskiy Val St., 10 125047, Moscow, Russian Federation, and operating under the license of the Central Bank of Russia No. 3517-K. The Agreement applies to your use of the PayPal Services and your Account. By accepting this Agreement you also accept and agree with all of the terms and conditions contained in any applicable agreements and Policies on the Legal Agreements page, including, but not limited to, the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy, PayPal Privacy Policy.
