This AMENDED AND RESTATED EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”), executed on December 29, 2008 and effective for all purposes as of May 22, 2008, is entered into by and between CONSOLIDATED GRAPHICS, INC., a Texas corporation having its principal place of business in Houston, Harris County, Texas (“CGX”), and JOE R.
