This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the City of Austin, Texas a municipal corporation, organized and existing under laws of State of Texas, acting through its City Manager or other duly authorized designee, hereinafter referred to as the “Owner” and Design-Builder’s Full Legal Name of the City of Design-Builders City, County of Design-Builder’s County, and State of Design-Builder’s State, herein referred to as the “Design-Builder.”
