A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is established between SkyTel Corp. (referred to throughout as the “Contractor”) and the U.S. Army Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center – West (ITEC4-West), Fort Huachuca, AZ. This BPA is entered into under the auspices of the Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Wireless Strategic Sourcing Initiative. This BPA serves as the DoD (hereafter referred to as “the Government”) enterprise agreement for SkyTel Corp.’s included products and airtime services. The terms and conditions are set forth herein. Pleases note that Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.305(c) and FAR Part 12 apply to this BPA.
