The personal data required to conclude the Independent Representative Agreement are stored, processed and used by ACN exclusively for the purpose of establishing and maintaining the contractual relationship between ACN and the Independent Representative as well as for accounting and payment purposes relating to services of ACN and to commissions earned by the Independent Representative. Any other use of personal data by ACN shall be subject to the express prior consent of the Independent Representative. In this regard, ACN points out that the consent to any other use of personal data as provided below may be revoked by the Independent Representative, in whole or in part, at any time. Furthermore, the Independent Representative has the right to access, modify and withdraw personal information with ACN.
