THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and effective this 18th day of June, 2024 (“Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF YORBA LINDA, a California municipal corporation, (“City”) and Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Consultants, a Corporation (“Consultant”). City and Consultant may sometimes herein be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
