FiledApril 18th, 2013WHEREAS, the Participating United Nations Organizations signing this Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Participating UN Organizations”) have developed a UNDG Human Rights Mainstreaming Mechanism (UNDG-HRM) starting on 1 December2010 and ending on 31 December 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), as may be amended from time to time, as part of their respective development cooperation with the UNDG-HRM, work plan contributing to the overall UNDG strategic priorities, as more fully described in the Terms of Reference of the Fund dated 21 October 2010, (hereinafter referred to as the “TOR”, a copy of which is attached hereto as ANNEX A, and have agreed to establish a coordination mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the “Steering Committee”)2 to facilitate the effective and efficient collaboration between the Participating UN Organizations and the host Government (if applicable) for the implementation of the Fund;
