This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of June 15, 2002 (the “Effective Date”), between DMJ Communications, Inc. (“DMJ”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Texas, with offices at 2525 N. Grandview, Suite 900, Odessa, Texas 79761 and Verizon South, Inc., f/k/a GTE South Incorporated (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia with offices at 4100 Roxboro Rd., Durham, NC 27704- 2166 (Verizon and DMJ may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
