This document formalises an agreement that has been reached between an employer and its employees. The naming of the agreement is intended as a tribute to all those past employees who like Ken Cootes have given many years of loyal service in helping to take the Company from a humble beginning to being one of the nation’s leaders in the baking industry. It is also intended as a tribute to the rest of the current employees who will continue to provide their experience, skills, and efforts as the basis for taking Ferguson Plarre Bakehouses Pty. Ltd. on its next step at Harrick Road to becoming the absolute industry leader. Trust and goodwill have been the fundamental ingredients to have formed the bond between the employees and the Ferguson and Plarre families over four generations spanning more than a century.
