This Amendment No. 1 (this “Amendment”) to the Interconnection Agreement (the “Agreement”) which became effective December 27, 2001 is by and between Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts, f/k/a New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic - Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a New York corporation at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110 and Dark Air Corporation (Dark Air), a Delaware corporation with offices at 10-I Commerce Way, Woburn, Massachusetts 01801. Verizon and Dark Air being referred to collectively, as the "Parties" and individually as a “Party”. This Amendment covers services in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts the (“State”).
