These Terms of Use (the “Agreement” or “Terms”) govern your (“you,” “your,” or “user”) access to and participation in empowER, the web-based community for employee relations professionals (“empowER”) hosted by HR Acuity, LLC (“HR Acuity,” “we,” or “us”). By registering for, accessing, and participating in empowER, you agree to all terms set forth in this Agreement, including our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase access to or participate in the empowER community.
