INTERNATIONAL RECRUITING AGREEMENTRecruiting Agreement • August 26th, 2015
Senior Executive Sales Leaders (SESL) and above are eligible to be considered a Global Team Builder (GTB), in countries where a Regional Recruiting Program does not exist, and may be eligible to receive a Bonus from a Personally Referred Consultant when the Referred promotes to Team Leader or the equivalent within six (6) commissionable months. Referred Consultants are placed direct to the Norwex Head Office in their country and the GTB is responsible for training and supporting the Referred Consultant and international Team. GTB are expected to learn and remain current in the policies and business of their Referred Consultant(s) and support them in the same manner of a home country Consultant. A Global Referral Application and International Recruiting Agreement must be completed and submitted to the Head Office at the point of referral.
