This Master Revenue Cycle Services Agreement (“MSA”) contains the terms and conditions governing each order form (“Order Form”) and service agreement (“Service Agreement”) entered into between the Parties. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Order Form. These MSA terms and conditions (as they may be amended from time to time) are fully incorporated into each such Order Form and Service Agreement as if fully set forth therein and, together with each Order Form and Service Agreement, form a binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between Client and GAFFEY.
