COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT

This agreement is entered into on August by and between Johnson Controls, Automotive Systems Group, Whitby, Ontario, hereinafter referred to as the Company and the National Automobile Aerospace, Transportation and General Workers Union of Canada (CAW-Canada) and its local Union Number hereinafter referred to as the Union in order to provide an orderly collective bargaining relationship.
