I/We, the undersigned Donor(s), hereby donate and convey to the Board of Trustees of The University of Alabama, by and through The University of Alabama and its University Libraries Special Collections (collectively “UA”) the content described below (“Content”). In doing so and unless otherwise noted herein, I hereby give, grant, assign, transfer, and deliver the following to UA and its licensees, successors and assignees: • My right, title, and interest in and to the Content, including copyright (when applicable); • The right to use, digitize, edit, print, reformat, develop, produce, reproduce, display, distribute, post, package, describe, advertise, promote, quote, paraphrase, or otherwise alter or exploit the Content, in whole or part, in any manner or medium UA or its licenses or assigns deem appropriate, in perpetuity and throughout the world; • The right to electronically view, present, and display the full digitized versions of the Content to others, including providing open acc
