This Real Property Development Agreement, (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of January, 2023, by and between the LAKE WALES COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a body politic and corporate ( “CRA”) , whose address is 201 W. Central Avenue, Lake Wales, FL 33853, and WHADDA WINGS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“WWLLC”), whose address is 685 Fazzini Drive, Frostproof, FL 33843 and ROCO 23, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“ROCO”), whose address is 125 E. Pine Street, Orlando, FL 32801
