This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made on the day of July, 2006, by and between the CITY OF STAMFORD, a municipal corporation in the County of Fairfield and State of Connecticut, whose mailing address is 888 Washington Boulevard, Stamford, Connecticut 06904, acting herein by its Mayor, Dannel P. Malloy, duly authorized (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), as buyer, and THE TRUST FOR PUBLIC LAND, a California public benefit corporation with an office at 33 Union Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02108 (hereinafter referred to as “TPL”), as seller.
