The party providing NETAPP with any goods and services (“Seller”) agrees to perform the services ("Services") and/or provide the goods or Service deliverables (collectively referred to as "Goods"), described in any purchase order, in accordance with the applicable purchase order, documents agreed to by the parties describing the Services and Deliverables provided by Seller to NetApp, and with these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement").
