Universitatea Babeș- Bolyai to gather, store and process, disseminate, extract or structure my personal data (last name, first name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail, signature etc.). I further agree that the material I submitted to the contest, should it be the winner of the contest, to be posted on the official Facebook page of the summer school, in a ”Congratulations post”, due to reasons of transparency and merit recognition. The upper-mentioned statements are in compliance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. In the event that my work will be the winning one, I agree to complete the application form and I have acknowledged that no participation fee will be charged for my participation.
