This Participating Addendum is between the State of Florida, Department of Management Services (Department), an agency of the State of Florida, and American Seating Company, 9058 Payspere Circle, Chicago, IL 60674 (Contractor), collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” This Participating Addendum covers the educational furniture products let by the State of Utah for use by state agencies and other entities, as permitted by their own laws, ordinances or rules, located in the Participating State/Entity authorized by that state’s statutes to utilize state/entity contracts with the prior approval of the State’s Chief Procurement Official.
