These Standard Terms and Conditions are expressly incorporated as terms and conditions of and are applicable to the purchase order or contract document executed between any of the companies belonging to the Koufu Group (“Company”) and the Supplier (collectively the “Parties”) and have been furnished to the Supplier and can also be found on the website of the Company, and form part of the mutual obligations between the Company and the Supplier. The Parties agree and in particular, the Supplier acknowledges that it has read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions herein when it executed the purchase order or contract document with the Company.
