WHEREAS, the Alleghany County School Board is vested with title to certain real property situate in the Falling Springs Magisterial District, Alleghany County, Virginia, pursuant to two (2) certain Deeds, to-wit: (a) Deed, dated June 30, 1982, of record in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Alleghany County, Virginia, in Deed Book 307, at Page 82 (Parcel L therein) from the School Board of Alleghany County; and (b) Deed, dated June 25, 1927, of record in Alleghany County Deed Book 61, at Page 258, wherein Irene B. Mann, et vir., conveyed 3-1/10 acres to the School Board of Alleghany County, Virginia; and
