These terms of use (the “Terms of Use”) are an agreement between you (referenced herein as “you” or with “your”) and LG Electronics, USA, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “LGE”) governing your use of the mobile payment application that is preloaded onto your mobile device or downloadable on your mobile device from the LG AppStore or the LGE update center ( “LG Pay”). Please read these Terms of Use carefully. By accessing, using, or attempting to use LG Pay, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Use as well as our Privacy Policy (defined below). If you do not agree, you may not access or use LG Pay, and must immediately cease any use of LG Pay. The use of our website and our other services (including downloading apps from the LG AppStore and purchasing products or services) may be governed by separate terms of use.
