The Company desires to employ Executive as its EXECUTIVE, VICE PRESIDENT GLOBAL HUMAN RESOURCES and provide adequate assurances to Executive and Executive desires to accept such employment on the terms set forth below, which terms Executive agreed to in Executive’s offer letter.

RATLIFF (hereinafter the “Executive”). The Company desires to employ Executive as its Chief Financial Officer, and provide adequate assurances to Executive and Executive desires to accept such employment on the terms set forth below, which terms Executive agreed to in Executive’s offer letter, which is incorporated herein by reference.
