This Collective Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, is entered into this 27 day of August, 2008 between St. Thomas University, a body corporate, incorporated under the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”, and the Faculty Association of the University of St. Thomas, hereinafter referred to as the “Union” and affecting the bargaining unit of Part-time faculty as certified and described by the Industrial Relations Board on December 18, 1985.
