NYSHEX LLC ("NYSHEX") provides its Members with the opportunity to enter two-way committed contracts for container shipment (the "NYSHEX Contract"). This Membership Agreement ("this Agreement") governs Your membership with NYSHEX. As a Member of NYSHEX, You will have access to all services provided by NYSHEX, including Our Transaction, Monitoring, and Settlement Services. By accepting this Agreement, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions hereof.
