This DPA is made between Veset and the Customer identified in the Order that references this DPA and describes certain data processing and transfer obligations of the parties. This DPA is subject to the terms of the Agreement pursuant to which Veset may Process certain Personal Data on behalf of Customer in connection with Customer’s use of Veset services (“Veset Service” or “Veset Services”) and is incorporated therein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between this DPA and the Agreement, or between this DPA and the Order, this DPA shall prevail.
