This CONTRACT EXTENSION AGREEMENT (“Extension”) is made this 27th day of September 2022, for the purpose of extending the (“Master Contract Agreement”) known as contract number 21.4 - KAP, dated October 1, 2020, by and between Kaplan Early Learning Company (“Vendor”), located at 1310 Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville, NC 27023, and the Cooperative Purchasing Connection (“CPC”, located at 1001 E. Mount Faith Avenue, Fergus Falls, MN 56537, (collectively, the “Parties”).
