As provided under RCW Title 39, Chapter 39.34, this Agreement for Professional Services (the "Agreement") is by and between Cowlitz PUD, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, with its principal office located at 961 12th Avenue, Longview WA 98632 (hereinafter referred to as “[Cowlitz PUD]”), and Energy Northwest, a municipal corporation and joint operating agency of the State of Washington and doing business by and through its Business Development Fund, with its principal office located at 3000 George Washington Way, Richland, WA 99352 (hereinafter referred to as “Energy Northwest” or “EN”).
