The City of Portage is not responsible for any damages to property stored at Veterans Memorial Fields and the tenant must show proof of storage insurance prior to the piece of equipment being stored. This shall include but is not limited to damage caused by animals of any kind, fire, theft, vandalism, moisture/water damage of any kind and any act of nature, including tornadoes, high wind or the building collapses. The tenant assumes all responsibility and will hold harmless the City of Portage, its officials, representatives and employees from any and all responsibility for such damage.
