The East Central Fire Command, hereinafter referred to as ECFC, is a cooperative agreement agency voluntarily established by its members for the purposes of providing enhanced professional fire and emergency command services to its members and other items necessary and appropriate for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a joint fire command for the mutual benefit of its members; and to provide a forum for discussion, study, development and recommendations of mutual interest regarding fire command services.
