THIS INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT is made this the day of September, 2024, by and between the City of Loganville, a municipal corporation of the State of Georgia, (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and the Azalea Regional Library System, organized and existing in accordance with O.C.G.A. § 20-5-1 et seq., (hereinafter referred to as the “Library System”) (together hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”).
