Case Western Reserve University (“CWRU”), an educational institution, on behalf of its School of Law (“CWRU Law School”), a professional school of Case Western Reserve University, located at 11075 East Blvd., Cleveland, Ohio, 44106, U.S.A., and The City University of New York, on behalf of John Jay College of Criminal Justice (“John Jay”), located at 524 West 59th Street, New York, New York 10019, hereby enter into this Collaboration Agreement (“Agreement”) as of this 3rd day of November, 2022. Individually, CWRU and John Jay shall be referred to as a “Party”; together CWRU and John Jay shall be referred to as the “Parties.”
