This Master Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Aryaka Networks, Inc. (“Aryaka”), a Delaware corporation with offices at 1850 Gateway Drive, Suite 500, San Mateo, California 94404 USA, and Customer (“Customer”). Aryaka and Customer are referred to collectively herein as “Parties” and, each individually, as a “Party.” This Agreement governs Customer’s access to and use of Services that Customer purchases from a Reseller pursuant to a separate agreement and Reseller Order Form(s) between Customer and the Reseller. This Agreement takes effect when accepted by Customer and establishes a binding legal agreement between Customer and Aryaka.
