Please read this AI Boost End User License Agreement and Terms of Use (the “Terms”) carefully. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Services and AI Boost Content (defined below) and set forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Services and AI Boost Content, whether or not you are a AI Boost App User or a visitor of the Site. A “AI Boost App User” is a person who has downloaded and installed a copy of the AI Boost Application on a device.
