THIS RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT ("ROE") is made effective as of the day of March, 2020 (“Effective Date”) by and between Lion Building Owner LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (“Owner”) and the Center for Urban Bee Research d/b/a DC Beekeepers Alliance, a Washington DC 501(c)3 Corporation (“Beekeeper”). The Owner and Beekeepers are each referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively, as “Parties”.
